It was a phenomenal spring and the 2026 World Series Campaign begins with the new foundation built by the Atlanta Braves and Chop Country.
A few key highlights and accomplishments:
Deester’s young Ace broke camp on the big team and may well be in the rotation- should be a huge weapon in the pen regardless.
Speaking of the pen, just wow at how good it looks. We made some major improvements here and Iggy ramped up nicely.
Cy’s mom had a fantastic time by all accounts.
Sav named the board in time- this is just a huge accomplishment, and outshines the results that AA achieved.
But —there were some positives from the front office - the bench is looking much better, and again, the bullpen.
State proved he is ready - not only was he riding Olson into the ground with passion, but he’s even going to Truist to do it tonight in person. Olson should battle for NL MVP as a result. Thewupk as much as said so.
Speaking of MVPs, Acuna won himself a gold medal and didn’t trip out both knees and prolapse his anus in the process. Adcox, Numberone, JPX, and MadduxII were all thrilled with the VZ victory, while Jsebe rode DeRosa’s ass ensuring we won’t see him in our dugout any time soon.
Waitingfor17 called it- Riley is gonna RAKE this year.
Super predicted the Phillies to suck. I’ll take that all day.
Ozzie and MH2 both showed some serious flashes of sustainable improvement and if they stay healthy could be serious weapons in a very, very deep lineup.
Tap warned Didier not to tip his pitches, Sturg was a beacon of positivity and Matt essentially admitted he’s the only non- racist member of the Illinois Nazis.
Profar did the honorable thing and got his cheating ass busted before spreading his nefarious ways to more susceptible types like Hudson, NYC, Free80, SJ24, Southcak, and JPX. This also freed up some cash in case ownership needs to invest in any new infrastructure in the Battery. Cy supports this.
Walt Weiss showed that we are going to run some more, and appeared to stay awake during every game. This is a huge improvement.
Elder learned some new tricks and ZBH supports this. Very good sign.
Hudson bragged on the farm and 88 was a beacon of reason- this team is going to be good.
Drake the Rake looks like HIM, and Gil looks like he could be the next one.

Rico was missed, but Deest is filling some big shoes nicely.

Other than an oblique, no major injuries while in camp for once.
BravesVison became a thing and we are rid of the fanduel crap.
Speaking of crap, Dak, Bluedevil, McCann’s, Jaw, Island, Rawwr, Iowa, GC, and Ramdan made drivebys-you guys need to stick around.
Apparently Cajun can still see, so we have that going for us too.
Also speaking of crap- as in “didn’t beat the crap out of someone,” Free, Meta, Carp, and Chop2 should get a humanitarian award.
Blue is getting a new hoops coach, and Crimson’s hoops team is still dancing.
I’ve got a feeling reinforcements are coming too: Nsacpi, 57, Heyward, Goldfly, USMC76, DirkPiggler……. and JR Ritchie.
