Trump having any role in starting an investigation of his election rival in an election year is wholly inappropriate.
Accused of breaking laws. What else would you call that?
It wasn't in an election year. Can you get just one fact correct, please? Geez.
When Biden openly bragged about getting the prosecutor of his son's case fired I don't have a problem with what Trump did. He has an obligation to notify an ally of any possible malfeasance of an American politician affecting said ally's country.
To try to equate this with what the dems are currently doing is ludicrous.
Bi-partisian is another way of just saying uniparty agreement.
The uniparty who didn't like the prosecutor messing around with their cash box in Ukraine.
It was one month after Biden announced he was running for President........
And getting that prosecutor fired was a bipartisan issue.

if i stole government property and improperly handled classified documents i'm SURE i would haven't been shown the deference shown to very poorly chosen one...so no the justice department has treated him in a way that is preferential and for that reason has departed from the ideal of holding everyone equally accountable before the law
this is a long way of not answering a question.
Do you think that all citizens are being treated equally under this DOJ, FBI, and NY AG?
you might not have liked the answer but i did answer
the DoJ has been way too deferential in asking ever so nicely many many times for very poorly chosen one to return the documents in question...they would have never been so deferential to an ordinary citizen
