I would pose that question to the seals but the idea they would offer a real answer is comical

You have to understand the string of events from the beginning.

Obama admin did some shady things (Fast & Furious / Iran Deals / Buddying with China / 2014 Ukraine Coup) and HRC/Bidens were running her parallel global influence slush fund as well. Trump was a DIRECT threat to that being uncovered so they had to spy on his campaign to get some dirt. Realized there wasn't dirt so had to create Russian collusion. Russian collusion didn't work so they did fake impeachment. Fake impeachment didn't work so they got their buddies in the CCP to release a novel flu so that they could rig the election.

It all goes back to the corruption of the Obama/HRC admin.
