First Former President to Have Home Raided by FBI

are you denying Trump had illegally processed classified information ?

A simple yes or no will do

Do you know what documents were taken?

For starters Trump declassified all evidence pertaining to the Obama HRC spying operation. Next a president can literally declassify anything by words or actions so once they remove information and store it that is an act of declassification.

If you find something like he funneled secrets to another foreign leader (hahahahaha) then you might have a small point but as it stands right now you literally have nothing and are pretending it’s the biggest news ever. So really no difference from any day the last seven years.

However, the fbi illegally acted on an unconstitutional warrant and took information protected by executive privilege. When this is all said and done the Biden regime and the Obama cronies will be the ones fearing jail time.

Comparing a NSA to a president is laughable even for you.

A president can make the unilateral decision to declassify anything he wants in any process he wants. Anything g otherwise is just inter agency nonsense that was never contemplated in the constitution. The administrative state has no real power.

1) not really. The last known case involving The Espionage Act ---- removal of classified documents was Sandy Berger

2) No, it has been spelled out here many times or simply turn on the TV to learn how the declassification process works.

The espionage act was never intended to be about the president. Like it or not trump was given awesome and vast powers the day he was elected and you can never take that away.

This is almost the same thing as trying to pin the Logan act on an incoming administration doing foreign relations. It’s an absolute joke but predictable continuation from the nullification project team that’s about to get wiped out of power for good.

Any reference to a declassification process for the president is irrelevant. They determine the process because we gave him that power when elected.

1) that is debatable and has been since the 1790's

2) Pretty sure the only times , what I think a violation of the Logan Act, was Nixon Interference with Viet Nam Paris negotiations and VP Elect Bush in 1980 interfering in Iran hostage negotiations

3) Irrelevant ? No, unprecedented in this case, perhaps, but irrelevant, no

Debatable by whom and when? It’s cut and dry.

And any process created by political appointees of the president hold no power over them as the appointer. Otherwise the people of the country have literally no power at all. That’s the country you want to live in?

History proves the road to ruin is paved with " patiently waiting"

You’re right. I’m SURE Saddam has WMDs. No time to wait for proof.

And what am I ruining by waiting to cast judgment in this case? It’s not being wishy washy. It’s called not being partisan. It’s a much cleaner way to live your life

An on going political debate. Going back to Hamilton and Jefferson, pre constitution, as to the power of the Presidency.
Funny thing and am willing to stand corrected, Jefferson argued for a neutered Executive Branch until
the Louisiana Purchase

I am not advocating one way or the other.
Just trying to un murky the waters

Hans Blix and his team were not sure nor was the international intelligence community
Congress foolishly granted Bush his "right" to decide
as they did in '65 granting LBJ his "right" to decide whether we were actually attacked in the Gulf of Tonkin
we could go on and on where the administration at the time foolishly over ruled the intel community
just talking about what we know of

You posted something calling mar a lago spy riddled.

That is about as murky as it gets. Stop being a partisan shill. Its off-putting even to your own.

I mean three days ago it was settled science that the fbi we're looking for NUCLEAR SECRETS

That's been white washed from this story

Appears to me they were going for a fishing expedition and trying to find any excuse they can as to why it was justifiable

Their track record is so bad you'd have to be a complete idiot to take their word on anything...

But this is 57 we are talking to

They are trying to get back the declassified Spygate documents.

A friendly reminder that the judge who signed the warrant was the defender of a known, cereal pedophile and sex trafficker

Funny how the alignment works there...

Watch how the left treats these whistleblowers versus Vindman.

The DOJ filed a motion to deny an independent special master. Why?

Absolute proof that this was a fishing expedition.

"Sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News that in addition to their seizure of potentially privileged records, the Department of Justice denied a request from Trump’s lawyers for an independent special master to review the records.

Sources told Fox News that Trump’s team was informed that boxes labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, and A-33 as well as a set of documents, all of which were itemized on the FBI’s property receipt, contained information covered by attorney-client privilege and that some records could be covered by executive privilege."
