First Former President to Have Home Raided by FBI

1- I wanted Hillary charged, I guess I am the unicorn in that I bet I am just about the only one who wanted both Hillary charged then and Trump charged now. I leading the loco her up chants here. Of course no one attacked me for wanting Hillary locked up like they do for Dear Leader.

2. Explain to me what you think changes in the investigation if Clinesmith had not did what he did. Do you really think the investigation ends and they pack it up and go home?

3. I personally want people who dont like the target doing investigations of politicians. I dont want Adam Schiff investigating Biden or Googliani investigating Trump.

What exactly this "insurance plan" is has never been clear. I guess it was so secret that they just let Trump become President. Great plan there. No doubt you think this is much worse than trying to gaslight the public into believing the 2020 election was rigged is not as bad as Strozk saying they had an insurance plan. I only call that an insurection to mock you guys but the objective is 100% to get Bjden thrown out and Trump installed. It's not an insurection though because it has less than zero chance of working. It really amounts to just screaming at the sky.

Curious though, if high voter turnout proves Republicans aren't suppressing the vote then doesnt that mean Trump becoming President proves Strozk didnt try to stop Trump from becoming President.

The Complete Guide to All the Ways Donald Trump Is Legally Screwed

The current count is 7 investigations and 10 lawsuits, but they're all fluid. I predict the various justice systems will make a lot of noise but will in the end treat him much better than he deserves.

I've never seen an obsession like this in my lifetime

it's like an entire country of high schoolers who can't let go of their first gf

Garmel - Anyone that hasn't let Trump dement their brain is fully aware that Trumps power as president supersedes any of these nonsense inter agency declassification procedures.

Nothing will change their mind. If someone tells them Trump did something wrong they believe them as their default position. Its sad and pathetic.

If I can reach just one seal....

Oh, another precedent that says that presidents can declare former classified material as personal property. Sorry, Cajun but you're wrong again. This case is about President Clinton having classified material in his sock drawer.

"Judge Jackson ruled that the tapes belonged to Mr. Clinton, even though the discussions included a broad range of presidential matters. The court ruled that the National Archives and Records Administration had no power to “seize control of them” because Mr. Clinton had used his authority under the Presidential Records Act to declare the recordings part of his personal records."

Don't get me wrong. If Trump goes to trial in DC he'll get charged and found guilty. However, his case will be overturned in the Supreme Court if that happens.

Kind of wish that would happen now. We need DeSantis to take charge of the gop
