No they weren't. The Pillow Guy had his phone taken with a search warrant carried out by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A "raid" is something bandits do before they run back into the hills. The FBI is not a gang and they are not hiding from anyone.

Often, as part of their investigations, the FBI will conduct what is typically known as a “raid.” A “raid” is a search of the residence, office, or otherwise private area of any person that is believed to have information relating to a crime and could result in the seizure of anything to be considered “evidence.”

So yes, a RAID. And an illegal one at that based on faulty premises that they hide behind corrupt judges and DC jurys.
 
If politicization of the DOJ is your thing, you should do a little research into how the previous POTUS tried to bring bogus charges against his perceived political enemies. This is the latest investigation into the one man crime wave. This is actual evidence of actual abuse of power. No need to misuse words and call things something they are not.

Geoffrey Berman is a long time Republican lawyer and is not afraid of Bill Barr or anybody else.

The DOJ has a quite a lot, actually, including the Pillow Guy's phone and the future testimony of another 40 or so people who were in the rooms while the crimes were committed. Remember when Merrick Garland looked like he was too afraid of the political implications to go after Trump? Now he looks like an anaconda, slowly choking the life out of the one man crime wave and his cronies. Even Sean Hannity is scared, huddling with the Don on the back of a golf tee because they can't trust anybody's office. I'm sure even he was checked for a wire.

If you're gonna go after a kingpin, you have to go hard and it looks like Garland is using the multiple investigations and indictments approach. It certainly makes the Don look even more guilty when he appears to have broken every law in the books.

A raid is what they would have done to you or me if we had these documents. In this case the FBI asked nicely to be let in and that's what happened. A raid in a technical sense but no guns drawn and throwing everyone to the ground and handcuffing them. That's a real raid. Not the kid gloves raid Trump went through.
 
The Pillow Guy's phone was taken very politely and wasn't even related to the Orange One. Though to be fair all wrongdoing on the right seems to come from him.

Seems self evident but we have found out not everyone around here is in favor of enforcement of our laws.
 
It is a shame though that's been banned from so many threads of his humiliation.

Id support giving him the chance to retrospection and admitting the errors of his process

But based.on these new threads it appears there has been no change to his stupidity
 
Judge canon is a hero.

This narrative is about to not only collapse but completely boomerang to DOJ and Biden regime corruption.
