I’m not sure how else to say this, but once again, you’ve still failed to identify any present piece of information that shows anybody committed a criminal act violating the First Amendment. You’ve added a couple of new innuendos like baselessly declaring Biden to be compromised and going back to the Trump/Russia thing, but you did not show me a case of the First Amendment being formally violated. Until you can do that, we’ll be forced to agree this wasn’t good but disagree that anybody should be going to prison over it.
It does when discussing whether or not they broke a law or violated the Constitution, which is my point of contention. There’s a very vocal group of people, including the former President, declaring we should nullify the 2020 election and that people should be jailed over this. I don’t agree that either is warranted based on what we currently know. Nothing more, nothing less.

Yes it does matter if it's a criminal act. That's how your side defined it when they glossed over asking Russia to find and release Hillarys emails, trying to blackmail Ukraine into publicly opening am investigation of Biden, and the Jan 6 insurrection.
I remind you, what you claim is a big deal happened under Trumps FBI. Any government collusion with twatter was by Trump. Biden was a private citizen and well within his right to ask Twatter to take down Hunter dick pics.
