In Freeman's current 29 game hit streak he is hitting 382/477/673 - 1150 OPS with 7 homers and 27 RBI, 24 runs, and of course 2 steals.
He's no Bryce Harper, though.

He's no MVP candidate though.
trade value will never be higher
Yeah, he has really turned a corner that I honestly didn't think he would ever turn. Which was fine, I was completely satisfied with the player he was. But if he can sustain something like this going forward, he's a massive piece in getting this team to where we want to be.
off wall theory.. FF seemed to get beaten by the shift last year. he was still having a good season when healthy, but man that shift ate a lot hits up. This year it seems he has changed his approach more to hit the ball in the air. I am not in ppsition to check FB/GB %.. but I would bet he is hitting more FB this year. whatever the reason for him having a break out season, I hope it continues. He would become a top ten talent that could lead a team to a championship.
You would be correct.

thanks, out of curiosity, is 2015 around his career norms? That is a bigger jump than I expected.
