I can live without it. Your statement is just ignorant.

There is a metric **** ton of $$ to be lost if they don't play. Social cohesion and a return to normalcy are obviously needed, as well.

Baseball is already showing it can’t keep its players safe and things are only expected to get worse. Personally I’m not interested in seeing the players and their families put at risk in an effort to line the owners pockets during a farce of a season.

As for the fans we could do without the return to normalcy for a while longer. We’re finally starting to make some progress on some things now that we’re not being constantly distracted.

No, that's not the point. The point is 2/3rd of the season is lost. Under no metric is this a legit season. With no fans in the stands, it is just plain stupidity to have a hell or high water mentality.

You know Covid isnt going away soon, and MLB and all sports lose an assload of money if they dont play. You grow up.

Maybe, my question is why are you so worried about them? I am fairly sure baseball is not the primary source of income for any of them.
