Honestly I don't really care where he is ranked because of the improvements he has made this year. The things we've wanted to see are showing up.

Prospects outlets are going to largely ignore the ERA.

He is averaging almost 10.5k's per 9 after todays start and walks are down from last year. He has been really good since the second week in May.

Big development is the increase in GB's as well.
 
Touki is tiring... falling behind every hitter in the 8th... and he just gave up a homer... Damn..

let him finish this inning.. only one more out to go..

Monster start for Touki. Love that we are pushing some of these minor league arms into the 7th and 8th innings.

Highest K rate of his career while posting the second lowest walk rate. Second highest GB rate.

Getting hit a bit more this year but I like that he is finding the zone more. He can further refine that.

His BABIP and LOB% are normalizing and you're seeing his ERA drop to reflect that.
