Hursh recalled by Braves until they need a fifth starter. Third(?) time this year.
 
While it's sad the Braves had to finally release EOF, his former running mate Jonny Venters is making a comeback with the Rays. So far this year in two stops, he's got a 0.90 ERA in 10 innings over 10 one-inning appearances. Six hits, three walks, 11 strikeouts.

He's had at three Tommy John surgeries and a "procedure" after a fourth UCL tear. He did not pitch a live inning between 2012 and 2016.

In three years with the Braves (2010-2012), he pitched in 230 games with a 2.23 ERA (15-10, 17 saves) and just 175 hits allowed in 230 innings.
 
Man.. forgot all about Withrow.. getting a rehab start in GCL.. dude has great K numbers.. I expect a future BP arm most likely.
 
Gohara looked horrible. Hopefully he'll adjust to better competition and come back better next outing.
