Ft. Lauderale Shooting

30000 people die on the roads every year and we consider 30 people dieing from terrorism a year ago major problem. It is a problem but it's far from our biggest. Cops terrorize millions of people a year, that's who we need to be fighting.

The "Euro approach" has been to isolate their immigrant populations and deny them rights, or basically exactly what thethe is proposing. Bet you France wishes they would have worked a bit harder to integrate those populations.

You have a point to a certain extent. But the matter seems to be more complex to me. What would such integration actually look like? How far should a country/culture go to a integrate another culture which is antagonistic to it at many points? Do the Muslim immigrants want to change the French culture to be more like their own?

Investigate actual criminals. Leave people who do nothing wrong alone. Tackle the issues that radicalize people to begin with, rather than trying to chop off each head of the hydra as it pops out.

Are those issues always issues of the host being bad? The "what did we do to radicalize them" idea only seems to account for a part of the problem, no?
