Teams like NYCFC are good for MLS. IMO they should allow the big teams to dominate and repay the other teams with more draft picks. Chivas USA being close to spending as Seattle is kinda crazy. This isn't the NFL where everyone sells out or the NBA where every team has a ridiculous TV deal. Let the best teams rise to the top and keep the stadiums packed.
 
If Barca doesn't lead the world in goals they're a failure.

Golden Ball finalists are Muller, Kroos, Lahm, Hummels, Di maria, Mascherano, Messi, Neymar, Rodriguez,and Robben. Little surprised that Lahm and Hummels made it and not Vlaar and someone like De Bruyne.
 
The final 3 of the best goalies is a joke. Howard was way better than Ochoa and Romero. Romero making the final is pretty pathetic, he wasn't even challenged that much all tourney.

Romero deserves to be top 3 for his performance vs. Holland alone
 
Not shocked. MLS teams can pay a few players big bucks so they will. That's why Seattle has Dempsey, NY has Henry, Toronto Defoe and Bradley, so on so forth.

Beckham was a big deal back in the day. Then we realized he had nothing in the tank lol. Probably the same thing with Lampard and NYCFC.

I do think David Villa will thrive in MLS though as a poacher. I think Spain really misses a player like him. He was extremely important in 2008 and 2010.
 
Xavi leaving I find hard to believe. He's under contract for 2 more years at Barca.Unless they're selling him for cheap. I have heard though the rumor being strong of him going to Red Bulls not NYCFC
 
Conte leaving Juve sadly. Vidal staying though. Allegri new coach who did not get results at Milan recently but probably more due to front office. Juventus should still maintain its dominance in serie a and contend for match play in the champions league. But the club is teetering on collapsing with the older leaders like Pirlo, Barzagli and Buffon closing in on the end of their careers. Still though, Tevez, Llorente up front -Pogba, Marchisio, Vidal, Asamoah mids and Chiellini, Ogbonna and Bonucci backs - they are only missing a few more pieces.

Because he wasn't getting as much action as he felt he needed.

Also, Conte had some disareements with the club. He def. wanted Vidal to stay and the thought of them over riding him and selling sent him away. Most Milan backers I follow hate Allegri.
