Arsenal beat City 3-0 in the Community Shield...

Once Walcott comes back we're gonna be deep! still need a center back though.

I don't like Yedlin to Spurs as I highlighted above. Hopefully the FA is a dick about handing out a visa like happened to Agudelo at Stoke. I see Yedlin wasting away at Spurs cause they suck at development. Wish he went to Liverpool, Arsenal or Everton instead.

"They suck at development "

Someone ask Gareth Bale, Luca Modric, and others about that.

Headlines problem is he's not good enough. But it is a system perfect for his style of play

YEah that long list of others lol.

Modric I'd give you, but he was one brought about by Harry who'd no longer there. Bale was so immensely talented he could have been brought up by wolves and sold to Real Madrid for 100M. Bale was a freak. Second youngest kid played by Southampton after Theo Walcott. IIRC when Bale was growing up his PE teacher banned him from using his left foot. He's a Bryce Harper, a Sidney Crosby, a LeBron James type of super talent that doesn't need to really be developed, just not hampered.

Yedlin is hardly short on talent. Like many US players he is behind the developmental curve because of the US system, but there's no reason he can't be Steve Cherundolo. Though I wouldn't be shocked if this was Harry's team if he didn't consider using Yedlin at RM instead of RB cause of his speed.

Fabregas so good. Nice to see him out of an Arsenal kit. LOL>LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOLOLLLLLLLLLLL

YOu have no clue what you are talking about with Bale. Spurs paid 5 million for him.

You can add Lennon, Erikson, Vert, and Sandro just in the past few years.

Not that it won't happen, I'd be leery of believing Neil Collins, a South African journalist, who is where this scoop came from.

Also 16M for Balotelli could be the biggest sunk cost or steal. Super talented but he has to be the biggest headcase in professional sports.

Intriguing move for Balo. If he can keep his head screwed on tight and just perform the way he is capable, then he could quickly become a fan favorite. That's a big if.

Manchester united is very interesting to watch. They look a mess defensively but their flow through the midfield is spectacular, can't imagine how fun they'll look with Di Maria. I'm guessing he'll move to Mata's role and Mata will move to the left side.

Seeing Jozy play even in just the short time makes me really miss him with how pathetic our offense got. His ability to bring down long balls and hold up play was JMO so gravely missed. Hopefully he gets in goal scoring form and Sunderland puts him back up top.

Sunderland has really sucked getting service up top to their strikers all day though. I'm wondering if this is a trend or just them being cautious cause they're playing Man U.
