Landon called up for final match for USMNT against Ecuador in Connecticut. I'm half debating on going but 4 hours is quite along drive for a day.
 
Klinsmann names the 22 man roster for the Czech friendly

GK - Guzan, Rimando, Cropper. Little shocked RImando is on there given the match is going to be in Prague. But I guess he's there to try to make his case over Guzan as potential overtaker of 2018 if Howard isn't gonna play or slips.
DF - Brooks, Cameron, Chandler, Garza, Johnson, Orozco, Ream (memba him?)
MF - Bedoya, Corona, Mix, Green, Hyndman, Morales, Shea. Super young midfield. I like it Green probably gets a start as does Mix. Hyndman is a new name. He's playing for Fulham and is only 18. Pretty cool Hopefully he's good.
FW - Jozy, Gyau, Morris, Rubio, WOod.

Lots of young guys. 15 of 22 are 24 and younger. Pretty much the whole group of Forwards and Midfielders are that young.

taking a massive stab at the lineup. I'm assuming a 4-4-1-1.

GK - Guzan
RB - Johnson
CB - Cameron
CB - Brooks
LB - Chandler
CM - Mix
CM - Corona
LM - Bedoya
RM - Green
CF - Gyau
ST - Jozy

Maybe put Shea in the MF and then Green behind Jozy.

City with another ****ty draw. Bayern obviously is all worldly. CSKA Moscow is a really tough squad. And then they have AS Roma as well. They should be able to escape but ti's a rough draw. Also with Barca and PSG in the same group, pour Ajax. Arsenal is also in a tough group. Dortmund obviously is awesome, Galatasaray is nice, and Anderlecht is tough.
 
And Xabi ALonso to Bayern pending physical.

With injuries to Schweinsteiger and Javi Martinez, they needed someone, didn't think Xabi Alonso was on the market. Shocked it wasn't Khedira.
 
Confirmed by Julian Green's dad, he's loaned out to Hamburg. Hamburg isn't very good so Green should get lots of first division PT which is good news for the USA.

REmy failed one physical. So either his price is way down or he won't land with Chelsea.

As far as stuff that's happened so far. Falcoa to United on loan, Chicharito to Real on loan

Shocked Man U made that move. I don't think RvP or Rooney have remotely been their problem. Wonder how they'll handle this new insane striking depth. They need a CB really bad. Someone who's athletic but still big. Their 3-5-2 is more of a 5-3-3

They need a bunch of defenders and a couple defensive miss. Not sure what they are doing.
 
Blind to Man U, that makes much more sense then Falcao. He should be used as the defensive midfielder they're so desperately in need of.

Also Spurs loaned out Holtby.
