Gaetz

Trafficking a minor. Across state lines. Paying her for sex.

A minor eh? Trafficking eh? All based on a witness who even the DOJ wouldn’t put on the stand.

This the comparison to using your office to sexually harass other women?

You know a (d) and of course the gold standard.

But hey man….you keep hoping eventually one of these allegations will come true.

You’ve proven to be the biggest sucker on the forum.

I've said this before and I will say it again. This here is the biggest problem with the DOJ. They deliberately leak their "investigations" to make the republicans look bad in order to affect public opinion. This is banana republic level of corruption. As you said step 4 comes into play soon after and there are no apologies. Nothing.

Trump most likely is never President if not for unethical actions by a Republican FBI leader and the leaking of his memo by a Republican.

Keep believing that, buddy. Seriously, can you think beyond a whataboutism? All of us do it to a certain point but that's all you have.

Hillary should have been buried and what she did was much worse than what Trump supposedly did. Stop with the bull****.

If you want me to stop using whataboutisms maybe you should not do it that same post. Hillary never refused to give anything back to the government. You people act like they raided Trump Jan 22nd 2021. Trump had plenty of warnings about what would happen and plenty of time to comply. He chose to this and has no one but himself to blame.

If we went from post to post and checked who did most of the whataboutisms you would lose by a mile. That's all you have because you're incapable of an intelligent post.

Hillary and her people 1) deleted e-mails that were under subpoena 2) Had a server that was set up illegally with classified documents stored in them. What she did was something that should have destroyed her career.

Trump followed legal precedent and by that precedent they are his documents. If the FBI//DOJ don't want to honor that let's see what happens down the road.

By the way, is the Gaetz indictment coming any moment now? lol

In order for me to stop using whataboutisms your side needs to stop being massive hypocrites.

You can claim all you want about Hillarys emails. Her staffer admitted to deleting the emails. Whether you believe him or not is irrelevant. Any criminal case wouldnt even make it passed a grand jury. Also, what was illegal about her server? And the classified docs were not classified when they originally went on the server.

Trump did not follow precedent. He followed his own twisted perception of precedent. But good news he can argue that in court. Good luck with that.

And as for Gaetz. I am happy to not lose a strong advocate for legalization, especially among Republicans. Still would like to hear more about that whole situation.

You're out of your gord. You can't delete subpoenaed files, blame it on a underling, then get a free get out of jail card because of it. The real world doesn't work that way. What was illegal about her server? Holy ****. There were classified documents found but there weren't many. What do you think the e-mails were that were deleted? You think they were wedding and yoga stuff like Hillary said? You're a complete idiot.

Yes, he was following precedent so he thought he was following the law. Go read Judicial Watch vs. NARA and quit embarrassing yourself.

Scary part is that you actually can vote.

I want to reiterate that legal precedent isn't necessarily 100% binding. The FBI/DOJ isn't required to adhere to it. However, it is a damn good defense for Trump. Under a fair court (something he wouldn't see in DC) this would exonerate Trump.

It's very hard to convict people with money and power of crimes. That's why it so rarely happens.
