GAME DAY THREAD: 6/18- Colorado Rockies at Atlanta Braves

Atlanta has a tough stretch from now until the All-Star Break.

Miami does, too. They have Toronto, Pittsburgh, @Boston, @Atlanta, St. Louis, Philadelphia

Philly can make up ground before the break. Their stretch includes Atlanta, Mets, @Cubs, Nationals, @Rays, @Marlins

Braves are taking a black eye tonight on SportsCenter and the bottom line -- they have mentioned that Culberson's dad was scheduled to throw the first pitch only for Culberson to be DFA'ed before the game today.

It's not a good look, but it's also a business. It's not that big of a deal considering Culberson played 0 innings with the team this year.

That was an epic beatdown this weekend. 40-12, 12 HR in the series. It seemed like everytime they walked someone, the next guy hit a home run. I can't think of a more dominant series than that. Makes up for that egg we layed in Oakland.

Harris up to a .326 xwOBA. K% down, BB% up, avg and max EV up, launch angle up. Showing improvement despite that awful start.

Outside of bad luck his biggest issue was rolling over everything and weakly grounding out. Then popping up if he went the other way. I think there was something off. Timing/injury that was making him late to his spot. He is looking more like we were hoping and that bodes well.

We crushed the Rockies with a pedestrian Acuna and that should scare the crap out of the league.
