Oh man what a great episode. Loved little things like when Jon was talking to Sansa about their father promising winter would come 'Dad promised'. The double meaning in that was excellent. Makes sense that Dorne and Highgarden would easily support Danny besides their current beef with the Lannisters since they were the two main houses to support the Targs in Robs Rebellion. Also ironic to see Jon crowned King In Da North seconds after showing he's not Neds.
 
Good lord what a move by Cersei. I can't believe what a blast the last two episodes were. Glad to see everyone get theirs. Lannisters look to have their hands full coming up...
 
Cersei with the gangster move, but in the end, for what?

The big wild card still sitting out there is Euron.

Also, I love how it takes Olenna Tyrell to finally make Dorne worthwhile.

I have a feeling Euron backs Cersei. She does it for power and it scorns Jamie. Jamie kills Cersei to fulfill the prophesy that shes dies by her younger brothers hands.
 
episode 9 may have had the big battle, but I think the finale might have been the greatest episode of the entire series. Man alive was there a lot of activity and resolution of things!

This is what I envision as well, except I can't imagine the Iron Islands being that great of an alliance unless they use the dragon binder plot from the books.
 
Fun fact: The three major deaths of the Red Wedding were, in order: 1) Robb’s direwolf Grey Wind, shot by crossbows; 2) Robb, stabbed in the gut by Roose Bolton; and 3) Catelyn, whose throat was slit by a Frey. The three major instigators of the Red Wedding were Tywin Lannister, Roose Bolton and Walder Frey, who died in consecutive order by crossbow bolts, a knife to the gut, and a slit throat.

Speaking of symmetrical: the window framing for the crippling fall of Bran nicely parallels the framing for the Lannister-crippling fall of Tommen. "The things we do for love" don't always turn out doing what we want them to do.
