Bowman says he's due $4.97 million the rest of the year and the return could depend on how much we pay. I sure hope we pay it all if it means a better return. Easy to say when it's not my money, but if we were already planning to pay all of it and have ownership agreed to it, just pay it all and help the future.

Hahahaha. Yes!! I don't know enough about the Twins farm system (and I'd assume neither do you) to even make an educated guess.

You assume way too much. I'm official scorer in Chatt., Twins are in their third year here and won pennant two years ago and have league's best record right now. There are tasty prospects all over the place, but it sounds like the Braves might not have enjoyed much of a harvest. Twins have a right to screw them because we somehow got them to sign Colon.
