Gas Prices

Best thing to happen to me in my adult life, outside of marriage and the birth of my kids, is the option to work remote.

Same. I have a comfortable workspace set up, I'm in closer contact with my coworkers through teams now than I was in person before, and most of all I'm not wasting hundreds of hours a year commuting.

It makes great business sense too. My firm has been able to look nationwide for talent when it previously had to look mainly in Atlanta.

Working from home will end up reducing workforce as companies learn that their businesses are stood up by 40% of their workforce.

Fox reporting that independently owned "mom and pop gas stations" are struggling to cope with the unusually rapid decline of gasoline prices.

Baker Hughes data show the number of active oil rigs now up to 752 from 479 a year ago. Drill baby drill.

FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK:

Gas prices in Hong Kong are $11 a gallon.

Denmark & Norway - $10

Finland, Iceland, the Netherlands, Singapore & Greece - $9 a gallon.

If you think the price of gas in America is all “Joe Biden’s fault”, you’re an idiot and an asshole.

Zeeto told us it was just the end of summer driving season bringing prices down in the past. Is that not the case here ?

There is some seasonality in energy prices. But July 2019, July 2020 and July 2021 all saw gasoline prices rise over the June average.

I know no one wants to talk about gas prices anymore but....

Crude down 8% today and wholesale gasoline down 6%.

Drill baby drill

But it's true I'm very happy to have only paid $4.09 this morning, instead of $4.59 two weeks ago, compared to $2.20 when Biden took office

All the whole completely draining the strategic reserves to recordows

How much savings for THREE cars?

(they talk to their voters like they are dumber than a kindergartner... and on second thought, that's probably the correct approach)

Love how they are thrilled with gas prices that are still 75% higher than what they were under the last guy.
