GDT: 04/07 Braves vs Padres

A two pitch pitcher that throws 90 mph - doesn't really project as a starter or a reliever...I'm so unimpressed in watching him and I know its a short sample size, but its just startlingly unimpressive. Fortunately this will be his last start, imagine Wright comes back and he's pitched himself out of getting another opportunity.

Sometimes I swear I can watch 2 PAs and know immediately we aren't doing crap. I predict we score 1 run tonight

Its all relative, so goes without saying Albies is still a great asset, but totally agreed, his relative lack of improvement since he came up has been disappointing. At some point it would be interesting to just experiment for a month or two on him hitting righty full-time as well

At this point Albies needs a complete reboot at the plate. He is selling out to pull everything in an effort to hit more HRs than his power should allow that he can’t do much else.
