He’s been on 60 day IL since August 25th with the calf muscle issue. After the original 15 day IL trip, He came back briefly and started a rehab stint in early august but was placed on the 60 day at the end of the month.
He was removed from his rehab assignment just before he was scheduled to return at the beginning of September with a sprained big toe and was transferred to the 60 day IL. It shouldn’t have effected his time table to return but he continues to not get activated. Not sure if it’s the Braves keeping him on ice and keeping a pitching roster spot flexible or if something else is going on. I’d still consider him a playoff option atm until we know more.

Just popped over to MLB.com and saw the top story showing Acuna with the strongest arm in the OF this year... and MH2 is also well above average. It is good to have these guns in the OF.. Keeping guys from taking that extra base is huge.
