GDT 10/2/22: Braves vs Mutts - The Deciding Game

In another world, its Strider tonight. Morton looks awful. Would like to see us go to the emergency post-season playbook:

-mchugh for 4th and 5th
-some combo of Dylan Lee / Jackson / Chavez get you through 5th / 6th
-Iggy available as early as 6th otherwise 7th
-Minter available for 8th and gets 9th
-Jansen emergency availability in extra innings

The objective was to not play in the WC series. Getting swept would have the same result as losing one. (Barring a meltdown by the Mets in their final series against the Nats.)

Mets have played a horrible sept schedule, and they only swept 1 series.
 
Even if Morton gets through the order a second time with minimal damage, he absolutely cannot be allowed to face the order a 3rd time.
 
This is a game Snit has to realize he doesn't have it and have a very very... very...very... short leash. If he gets through 4 that's a victory
