As @jorgecastillo reports, Max Scherzer won't start Game 6 of NLCS for #Dodgers vs. #Braves on Saturday. According to a source, Scherzer is experiencing general arm fatigue. No structural issues. It's possible he could pitch in Game 7 but will depend on how he feels tomorrow.

I didn't know he had that close of a relationship with Bauer. That's disappointing.

Why? Max has no control over what Bauer does or doesn't do. I live in a rural area 46 kids in my graduating class. We were all close and hung out together. One is currently in jail for murdering his mother for insurance money. His situation is his own and has nothing to do with me even if we were friends most of our lives.

They could go with a mix of Gonsolin and Price for 4-5 innings then turn it over to the pen. But word had it that Bruihl was having some arm issues as well.
