This notion (found here in the ESPN preview for the game) seems to cropping up a lot:
I know another poster noted another article wherein the same "discrepancy" was described, but I find it pretty funny that the Dodgers "let off the gas" at the end of season while the Braves just simply "lost games."

Its really a joke. Its not like the Braves were playing for more or less than the Dodgers in September.
Regardless of what happens, what an awesome season. I really like this team a lot. Even Uggla and the Bossman. 96 wins is fairly incredible. The playoffs are a crapshoot, and even bigtime homer me can see that we're at a disadvantage pitching-wise.
That said, I love this team. Let's win.

Well then let's just hope Fredi doesn't over manage and take Medlen out in the 6th at the first sign of trouble even though he has 73 pitches!

Since Medlen called him out, Fredi has allowed Kris to pitch pretty much as long as he likes. I don't expect tonight to be any different.

It is worth considering. Uggla and BJ said all the right things and never got their jobs back. BJ DID say he needed to be out there to get going, so that is probably why he made the postseason.
WAIT! Remember when I said Fredi was going to go a little crazy and rape Uggla? Does this count?

I think the Cardinals game just ended.
Yeah but it's going to overlap the timeslot on TBS, and I'm not sure if they'll move the Braves game to TNT untilt he Cards finish, or if the Cards will be moved to TNT when the Braves game starts.
So just incase, I've recorded Castle on TNT at 8 and 9 o clock just to be safe. Should give me enough time to get home.
