This playoff first round failure every year is getting old. I have zero confidence in this mentally week team

This has been going on for over a decade, so it's more like "mentally weak franchise". I'm also a Colts fan, so I'm somewhat conditioned to expect playoff failure. From about 2000-2005 I just thought it was normal for MLB teams and NFL teams to finish with the best record in the league and then fall flat on their face in the playoffs.
