Great game tonight. Happy I got to enjoy it with my dad in person.

Is it weird that I haven’t been especially nervous since the NLDS though?

For whatever reason, the Astros really aren't anywhere near as scary as the Dodgers to me.

I always felt the Dodgers could put together 4 runs within a span of 5-6 batters like they did in Game 3 in Los Angeles. I don't feel that way with Houston even though their lineup is just as potent.

Let's review the opening decisions made:

1. Starting Dylan Lee. X
2. Starting Pederson over Soler. XX
3. Moving TDA up in lineup. Well, TDA did nothing and I don't think Duvall did either so ... no harm no foul?

ATL wins anyway.

I have been patient with Kyle Wright in that I think somebody is going to get a better than decent pitcher out of his stuff at some point. I am willing to trade him in a package for something really good and maybe that value got juiced a little after this performance validated a pretty good AAA season.

But it's entirely possible he might still end up being one of the Braves best rotation pieces. You might take him for more career WAR than Soroka at this point.

I feel terrible. I was soooooo drunk. I had a freaking blast at the casino last night watching though... not sure what I was so mad about in the game thread (garmel's bumps) bc I wasn't mad at all in real life. My wife got on to me for talking to everybody lol

Albies definitely hit a homerun off Ryne Harper back in August. Mr. Stark needs a better intern.

Clearly if we fall behind a few runs roll out other pitchers. But don’t treat this game as a Cox Sunday special.
