With an incompetent like Angel making the call, there was probably no point in it, but I think we all realize that if Bobby were in that dugout, he would have been ejected and dirt would be kicked. I have not been a vocal Fredi basher, but that showed a total lack of balls on his part. That could cost them the game, and deservedly so. You ask another umpire, preferably the crew chief, if they would consent to a review. The other umps know Angel's shortcomings as well as we do.
