I don't know if they're cheating or not, but seems it would be easy to find with an audit. I still don't know if a recount consists of validating votes or just recounting.

I understand that. I'm not advocating ballots submitted after Election Day and that's not what is happening. You guys have to realize, most of these states they weren't allowed to even touch the envelopes or ballots until after the polls closed. That means after the polls closed they had to rip open hundreds of thousands of envelopes and then still count them. Do you know how long that takes? And they couldn't start until polls closed in most locations. They aren't "finding" ballots... they are still opening the hundreds of thousands of mail in legit mail in ballots they received before polls closed.

I mean a federal judge did require the USPS to make final sweeps for ballots and the USPS officials basically told them to eff off.

I forget who appointed the post office Board of Governors that pushed a big Republican donor as Post Master General. Can you help me remember?

I wasn't really commenting on anything other than what I posted. Taking longer but being right is fine with me. Just not a fluctuation of votes...

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that the three-day extension was required by the coronavirus pandemic and delays in mail service, and it ordered the counting of ballots clearly mailed on or before Election Day and of those with missing or illegible postmarks “unless a preponderance of the evidence demonstrates that it was mailed after Election Day.”

It seems to me if something arrives by Friday this is a reasonable standard.

The states that have a longer period should be stricter on their standard. NC I believe is allowing 12 days, which is too much imo even in a pandemic with shenanigans at the post office.
 
Let's assume thethe is right... what would be the charge and sentence for vote fraud on the level of swinging a presidential election? Say Georgia and Pennsylvania were caught red handed.

I'm not saying they did. Hell, I really wanna believe this stuff doesn't happen.

Yeah...That itself is a problem IMO. I get that this is a unique year where there was a **** ton of mail in votes due to Covid but there needs to be nationwide election reform to where 1) these votes are counted way before election day and 2) there has to be a post marked date way before election day to where if you miss it then you have to vote in person.

It's 2020 for godsakes. Let's get with it.

3 states have this issue. Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. They need to go with the system Florida has. Every state should be checking on how Florida does it.

My question was how does Atlanta not know how many ballots they still have to count?

They've had them for days and weeks. And they are giving us a range of 50-60 thousand more.... more than they originally said

Its probably incompetence as all government is but it just seems so convenient to close those gaps

It's because that unknown lady keeps stuffing 50 ballots at a time.
