More evidence that you've had for anything you've said the last 4 years. We know that the will of the American people is being threatened by the courts which Trump and Moscow mitch have packed. We have Moscow Mitch on record saying he wanted to give the court a conservative lean and he did this just in time for an election for a known fraudster? Come on.

I wonder if after the will of the people is enforced and Trump is out of office if he'll attempt to sidle more of his personal debt in his campaign then declare bankruptcy, like he's done in basically every business he's had ever.
 
The judge in the case is Matthew Brann. An Obama appointee, but someone who has been active in Republican Party politics. We shall see.

The courts decide on the evidence presented. If communication with voters was done prior to Election Day that is illegal. If supervision was not allowed during the canvassing by process that is illegal. Do you agree or disagree with that?

i don't know law or facts on these matters...look forward to trial and ruling

Boards were mailing unsolicited mail-in ballots to voters despite the fact that they
had not applied for a mail-in ballot for the General Election, thus resulting in voters
who received two ballots. The offending counties also failed to undertake any effort
to ensure destruction of the duplicate ballots.

PA, mostly philly, is well know to have suspicious election processes.

The election law is quoted for reference in the filing. You are more than intelligent enough to make a determination on thee fact patterns.
 
Some of the takes after the election are just wild. You have one of Biden's campaign chiefs saying Biden will unite this country, he'll get Republican support, and he'll enact the progressive policies he promised during his campaign. Do people actually believe that 70 million people who voted for Trump will rally around a progressive Biden agenda? Do people think he'll somehow get Republican support for climate action?

The only way Biden will unite is by focusing on getting things done that have more broad support. The first thing on his agenda should be infrastructure. It's one thing both Republicans and Democrats can usually agree needs investment. It's also something that smart investment in pays back way more than the cost over time.

I am even more pessimistic than you here. It will be a small miracle if they move forward on even mundane things like infrastructure. I'd say the odds of that are about 10%. credibly accused creepy joe is going to be spending most of the next couple years playing rope-a-dope (assuming GOP control of the Senate).

If there's one thing everyone in Congress can get behind, it's getting federal dollars to their district. This holds true regardless of the President. Not sure how high infrastructure is on Biden's to do list though.
