The election law is quoted for reference in the filing. You are more than intelligent enough to make a determination on thee fact patterns.

I'm aware of the uphill battle that is to come. But the idea is to prove enough to initiate an audit. These instances aren't a guarantee of fraud but when you conduct an audit of any organization you identify process designs. You first asses whether a deficiency arrives in the design of said process. After that you inspect to identify if there are any operating deficiencies which would be defined as an act that is not defined by the pre-determined legal process. One example of this would be contacting voters earlier than legally required. Another would be canvassing ballots without supervision from both parties. This is not a trivial issue and it speaks to the overall transparency that our elections must have. The county officials better have good explanations on this that could be convincing to a judge.

I think the odds of uncovering some election law violations at some level is pretty high. However, I think the remedy for what is discovered will be throwing the people who committed the violations in jail, not invalidating the results of the election. It honestly wouldn't surprise me to see some people working to get people to send in absentee ballots go to jail for violating what you can and can't do helping people with those ballots. But that's low level, non-result changing stuff.

Ballots received after deadlines could be invalidated. The additional time given to cure ballots is unlikely and probabaly shouldn’t be throw away. Just investigated to see if there was an inordinately high percentage of any one particular candidate that would indicate the presence of potential fraud.

Hundreds of thousands of ballots were opened without the legally mandated supervision

Some county residents were given more privileges than others as a result of illegally contacting them prior to Election Day.

There are USPS workers under oath stating illegal activities to back date ballots received

It’s no longer where is the evidence of either fraud or malfeasance. We are way past that burden of guilt. It’s whether the identified fraud aggregates to a material misstatement that swings the election.

Totally bat **** insane

FUN FACT:
Joe Biden has now won the highest percentage of the popular vote for any challenger

since FDR in 1932.

we'll see how long this sojourn into the wilderness lasts
