I have consumed far more Newsmax than I think is healthy in the last week but I am still not certain if its real or a troll. Its like SNL making fun of fox news being so over the top Republican..... but they made a real channel out of it.

Lets not forget the same party that said they would do anything to get Trump out of office is preventing transparency into the 2020 election process.

Please link the tabulation code for the voting machines so their logic can be verified. Also, please link the code that proves they aren't connected to the internet so we know they can't be tampered with. Those seem like simple requests for such a transparent election.

Why were we told that a pipe bursted on election day in Atlanta when there is no record of this happening? Why exactly was the counting stopped after Trump had a massive lead?

Its simple. If the Democrats believed this was a free and fair election then they should be pushing for transparency even more than the Trump campaign.

How easy would it be to stop the obviously growing movement of supporters by proving that he lost fair and square.

Instead, its been just the opposite. Democrat state executives have done everything possible to change rules at the last minute and not provide access to those that are there to ensure the integrity of elections

At this point we had different election rules for Democrats as opposed to Republicans but I'm glad that this happened. State legislatures are the only ones that can make these laws and majority of them are republican held. Once all the illegal ballots are thrown out based on malfeasance for the state executive branch it will be a great day for America.
 
I don't think there were any widespread shenanigans on election night. That doesn't mean the election process is transparent. We live in a country where telecomms and ISPs actively assist the government in wiretapping us without warrants or probable cause. I think that makes independent verification of voting machine software a necessary safeguard.

there may be security reasons for not sharing such code

but assuming that this is a valid concern, has very poorly chosen one's legal team made this request to any judge

i'm not in a position to assess whether this is a reasonable request...but if it is then it would be a form of legal malpractice for them not to request it...i have a couple of their emails (very poorly chosen one's lawyers)...i would be happy to share with you and thethe if you wish to make the suggestion to them
 
Lol the firm that was representing the Trump campaign in their PA lawsuit have decided to stop representing them. Lol this is all falling down on Trump.

There is no need. All of this is in the works and will be revealed during discovery.

Plenty of IVY league and non ivy league statiticians have already laid the groundwork to prove at the very minimum voter irregularities. And then of course there is Benfords law but that will be for another day once this is all proven.

The only things in the works are more lawsuit dismissals and more law firms backing out as they continue to see lack of actual evidence
