As I said. Depending on the basis of each decision. When statistically significant errors are identified on the number of votes that are legal then a state needs to be careful how they decide.

You’re saying nothing here. If the actual results of the state’s votes ultimately don’t matter, then let’s just have each state go off of the popular vote.

You simply can’t have confidence in the results of Arizona’s election results from a statistical perspective. You either are a science based people or you aren’t.

An auditor would never say Biden lost. They would assign a confidence level based on evidence they have. 11% false acceptance rate is way too large to definitively said who won.
 
Let's talk about a few things that thethe hasn't been adding to his posts. The 3% number with the first 100 duplicate ballots? When 1526 were reviewed after the first 100, 9 total ballots were discovered having an issue. 9. That includes the 3 found in the first 100. So that is 9 out of a total of 1626. All mistakes reported were fixed.

Now let's talk about the 11% number he keeps throwing around lately. Of the 11 out of 100 found inconclusive, there was no reason found to reject them. They were still legal ballots. All of them had the required matching phone number included, which is the fallback option for verifying an inconclusive signature. Over 20k people were contacted to verify.

You’re saying an auditor would take 100 votes in Maricopa County, AZ, and extrapolate that across more than 150,000,000 votes. I think I’m done with this discussion.

I understand why you are confused. The population to extrapolate the 11% error rate would be the total number of mail in ballots that were accepted as votes in Arizona. That number would be more than the margin of victory in Arizona.
