Sorry. When trying to quickly type stuff up to combat the mass of idiots that have been posting in here tonight, simple mistakes like that happen. the point holds, though; bunting there, especially with how Heyward has been struggling, was the right move. He just didn't get it down.

That was terrible, we swung when he couldn't even throw strikes. If you just take he walks in the winning run. Stupid bunting too. Terrible managing calling Heyward to bunt and terrible job by our hitters refusing to take walks (outside of the Upton's).

I just disagree philosophically. I think because he's been struggling and is your one of your catalysts, he has to be swinging there. All he needs is a single. A fly ball to right moves the guy over the same way a bunt does. He should have been able to get the bunt down, but he should not have been bunting IMO.

I am all for calling a spade a spade in regards to Fredi....However, I dont get the bashing in this game. The bunt was the right call with Marmol's wildness. The first pitch swinging is on the players.
