Within reason. If it's a Yunel Escobar, Jeff Kent, Roger Clemens, Bret Myers level problem, I could see it being a factor. I wouldn't put Donaldson at that level.

Bret Myers is a wife-beater; not sure it’s fair to lump those others into a taxon with him.

And Clemens is a statutory rapist (whose victim eventually killed herself). I did want to include a couple of truly awfuls plus a couple of lesser problem children who are/were legitimate problems.

Didn’t know that about Clemens—so he can fairly be lumped with Myers, certainly.
 
Somewhat similarly, I'll never forget that not only did Myers beat his wife, he did so in a neighbor lady's house because he'd had a bad start that day, then literally drug her across the street by the hair caveman style home to whale on her some more.
