Awfully optimistic timeline. The team should get a Bronx cheer the first time they get an ABS challenge right in the next 4 games.
Its not a hill I would die on but in the 7th you are guaranteed a platoon advantage by PH for Yaz.How much better is farmer against LHP than Yaz? In 9th i would agree but 7th theres plenty of game left to play
Started 0-7 last season. 2-0 so far. Sale was good. Reylo is back. I'm satisfied as fuck
Since I didn’t watch or follow the game yesterday,I will just ask. How was WW managing yesterday. I saw he let Lopez go out for one batter to give up a homer then remove him which seems very twit like. But overall how was it. Also noticed all the lefties still in the lineup in the 9th. Did KC ever deploy a lhp?
I liked the pinch runner for Olson move so there was that that I saw.
Ok well that's not nothingLast season...

Yes, if im offered a better player than Kyle Farmer i would care more. But theres a pretty good bet Yaz gets up again (needed 2 baserunners in 3 innings? And if that doesnt occur, you lose anyway) and you can reasonably predict what the hand the closer would beIts not a hill I would die on but in the 7th you are guaranteed a platoon advantage by PH for Yaz.
The Braves were neither guaranteed Yaz’s spot would up in the 9th, that he would face a RHP if he did, nor that the game would be close.
I don’t necessarily blame Weiss given the lack of quality pinch hit options vs LHP. Once Murphy/Kim return (or AA acquired better depth), Weiss needs to get these decisions right.
