GDT #33: May 7, 2014, Cardinals (Wainwright) @ Braves (Minor) 7:10 PM EST

I wanna see some good at-bats and a win, so I'm not throwing out the white flag or anything; but I can even be completely upset if we lose with Wainwright on the mound. Mike did not help with those poor excuse for pitches he threw. lol

We needed Minor to be shutdown tonight and he is grooving some pitches. I'm still in disbelief that he didn't cut Waino down at third and even more in disbelief that we let Waino score on that ground ball.

Yeah, I was too. I thought it was a pretty easy decision from the very beginning, but whatever. We just need to get some hits, score a few runs and keep it close.

Then Gattis is not patient. He hasn't seen him much, he should be. But, good stuff Freeman! I guess that's why you play Justin and Freeman back-to-back in the 2-3 hole.

Only the Tex trade because it was a 5 for 2, and the Barker trade from the early '80s should be considered worse.

While the Tex trade was bad, but its not as bad as people make it out to be. If we had signed Tex then it wouldnt have been so terrible. Salty, below avg catcher. Harrison cant stay healthy. Feliz is back in the minors. Andrus is solid. Would be awesome to have him at 2nd. Cant remember last guy.

JS had some pretty rough ones for sure. Those two stand out above the rest, but I would say Wainright one might be worse overall. Kenny Lofton trade pissed me off too because I really liked Grissom and Justice.
