Jamie is not a good pitcher. I'm not going to blame him for being bad because he probably can't help that.
Everyone on this board knows he sucks. Yet our manager put him in a tie game in the 8th innings, and he promptly walks 3 batters, and we lose the game.

While 5-1 is a good start, you don't throw out Jaime aka the white flag in the 8th right after one of your leaders/captains in Gomes ties the game for you. I really believe they could've won that game if Jaime had not been used, maybe even with using him and removing him sooner.

Eh... I think that's more on Hart than Fredi. Fredi can't use the same guys every day... Even tho he wants to so so so so bad.
Jaime shouldn't be on this roster.

It's on whoever kept him on the roster first and foremost, and no matter what, Fredi should not be using him there.

Yeah. Probably not, but as long Jaime is on the roster it's tough to hide him. We had used our other arms a lot the last couple of days and it's unholy to use your closer in a tie game before the 9th on the Sabbath.
