GDT 4/12 vs Guardians: Waiting All Day For Sunday Night

Gotcha..

I am sure folks here will disagree but idk I feel like Heyward lived up to the hype. He had a great career with the Braves. It wasn’t until the Cubs that things really fell off the tracks.
I know getting hit in the face obviously wasn't great for his career, but I feel like our coaches also messed with his natural hitting approach (I think they said it was too patient).

As far as his swing, I don't know if all of the tinkering was from coaches or his own adjustments after getting hit by Niese.

He definitely had more power in 2012, but I will always feel that he peaked as a rookie

I feel like the Braves have already scored double digits in more games this year than all of last year.
Braves are +46 in run differential so far. Next closest is the dodgers at +35 then way down at +21 are the Yankees in 3rd. Keep the offense rolling. Power numbers will go up when the hot weather hits Atlanta this summer. Could be another special offensive season.

Yup paired with a good pitching staff that will hopefully get better as guys return from injury this summer.

Astros on the other hand have scored the most runs in baseball and are 4 games under .500 with a negative run differential.
