I don't know if it's time for Acuna, but the guys that have been talking about how you can't ride "hot hands" are right. That's what the Braves are doing and you look up and...the lineups that are relying on "hot hands" aren't doing so hot anymore.

I'd give it a couple days to make sure he has his hitting mechanics straightened out.

On the other hand however, Jose Ramirez should be DFA'd tonight and Chuck Hernandez should be canned, which won't happen for a while because you don't fire coaches early in season.

The holes on this roster have help coming so honestly I’m not too upset. Flowers, Camargo, Acuna, plus any # or arms from AAA to help in the pen.

I mean do you trust the Braves to not walk in a run if the bases were loaded anyways?

But yeah. In that situation you throw junk to see if he gets himself out and Jose clearly wasn't capable of doing that.

I don't care what the situation was.

It made zero sense to even throw a pitch to Hoskins there. The guy behind him has been dreadful this year.

We will need to upgrade over Snit soon enough.
