Poor command in the first but settled in after that.
He had a rough start and struggled with command early but then he mowed ‘em down (other than one HR) like a serious pitcher.

It's been explained to you countless times. If you would come out from behind your spreadsheet, you would know that pitchers are not machines. And warming up to go in, does indeed count as usage to their arm.

Weiss has an edge to him that Snit didn't have. I liked Snit more than most here. But he lacked that edge.
I felt he had it early on. But the last couple of years he was definitely sleep walking through games.
Snit was on cruise control the last few years.
AA loaded up the team with so much talent 2022-2023 and the talent sort of covered up for his deficiencies.
Then injuries the last two seasons, and he didn't know what to do.
It stills blows my mind that Snit was the guy managing that second half 2021 when we had to do so many bullpen/piggyback games and we had the band-aid brigade after Acuña went down.
Because that second half and postseason is so different than how he managed the rest of his tenure.
