When Strider returns, I'd think really hard about keeping Ritchie up and either calling Fuentes up for the bullpen or hybrid role or moving Lopez/Holmes there.

I like this move at the end of the year, but we need Fuentes to develop as a starter. Suffering through a few Pampers appearances over the next couple months is worth that tradeoff.

In short, there were two outs and runners on first and second and Painter was tiring. The Phillies had two relievers getting ready and their pen is good- Walt figgered he could use MH2 to PH at some point if he had too- and decided to take the shot right there- that he might not have a better opportunity. And MH2 came in and pumped a two run double to get us a one run lead. Then he immediately pinch ran for him with Mateo who promptly stole third and then scored on a wild pitch to give us a two run lead.
It was ballsy. Kind of move a man not afraid to tackle Soler would make.
