In case anyone was still thinking the Mets 'had fixed' Luis Roberts. He's hitting 232 with a 671 OPS now. That's after having a 600 OPS the last two seasons as well. Whatever hitting ability he used to have is just gone now.

Yeah- that’s the deal with this - we can /should win the JR and Ace games assuming neither totally craps the bed. I think we can scratch out a few runs - and just to get to the Tigers pen- we can win these games late - we have offense and a real good pen (assuming Bummer and Fatty don’t get involved)……

Chris Sale should be given a retirement contract here. Dont' let him leave. Obviously don't blow our budget on him but if he can pitch like 2 more years he's a hall of famer. I want a share of that Hall for sure.
