We took 2 out of 3 from an excellent team with our offense limping along. If we can get the bats going, look out.

Man, I didn't know how hard this stretch was we're starting...
Cleveland
At Seattle
At LAD
Boston
At NYM
ChiC

4 first place teams with the other two having a winning record

It's almost unbelievable to have the team at 19-7 when you see how Acuna, Riley, and Olson are hitting along with Strider being out for the season.

If you would have told me that through 26 games Acuna and Kelenic combined for 1 HR and Strider was out for TJS after his 2nd start I would have predicted the record was like 12-15.

It is a true testament to the strength of the roster AA has built.

Masterclass in building pitching depth through creativity. Braves have the fewest runs allowed in the NL without any significant free agent signing or top 100 prospect trade.

Morton - oldest SP in the NL
Sale - former ace forgotten from 4 years of injuries
Lopez - converted RP
Pierce Johnson - buy low Rockies RP
Iglesias - Bought his contract off the Angels who had buyer’s remorse
Joe Jiminez - mixed results relief pitcher with great stuff
Elder - former all star that they correctly identified as a #6 so they could bring in Sale and Lopez

This strategic approach underscores the AA's ability to excel through resourcefulness and astute player evaluation.
