Yeah, the issue is Riley, Acuña and Harris. Though, Harris has decent numbers under the hood (as does Ronnie). But this team was never likely to go far offensively without Riley, especially after Profar's bullshit.

There's still time, but the time for worrying was when his numbers were actively declining over the last two years, even when he was healthy. Now, we have to pray someone can help him find it again.

Or, Kim and Murphy need to be legitimately good when they return.

I don't see how Harris possibly has decent under-the-hood numbers. Guy hasn't been doing anything but striking out and soft groundouts to the right side.

Riley usually sucks in April for whatever reason. But generally you still see him hitting the ball hard. Aside from bat speed and defense, everything is going terrible for him right now.

lol, I'm as guilty as anyone with the what-coulda-been stats, but at some point, the braves have to win real games, not the imaginary ones

I'm with you - just relaying what the numbers say. Apparently even taking into account the multiple strikeouts we had with guys on base when we had a chance to get back in it, we deserved to win, allegedly.

The Braves need to take the Profar money they won't spend on upgrading the team and give it to Chipper to be Riley's personal coach. Maybe even throw Harris in there, too.
