I'm so tired of our announcers.
First they say "it's great seeing Folty giving up contact and not trying to strike everyone out"
1. How do you know? Many of them have 2 strikes, how do you know he's not trying?
2. Why is it great? Strikeouts are better... BABIP is .330... if you get to two strikes, TRY TO STRIKE THEM OUT
Then Freeman accidentally hits a weak grounder that beats a shift and we get "That's a thing of beauty... that's how you beat a shift"
1. He wasn't trying to do that... It was a bad swing and a bad hit. We shouldn't celebrate that
2. It's not a thing of beauty... I don't want our best hitter trying to do that ever except in crazy circumstances like a hit wins the game
