GDT 4/8/26: Braves @ Angels - Last Day Before Off Day

Pretty impressive that AJSS is already throwing. We might be able to see him by late June/early July at this rate.

For reference, DeGrom had his surgery in nearly the exact same time frame in June if 2023 that AJS did in 2025. DeGrom didn't start throwing off a mound again until mid-June 2024.

Strider and Murphy within the next two weeks. Kim probably a couple weeks later. Waldrep and AJSS in early July, I'd guess. You love to see it!

Guys coming back from TJS do come back after one season, but they are often not totally back until the next year. I think AJSS will be a good pitcher this year, but I don’t expect him to be back to star status until next season.

Yup. I'd honestly let him spot start and build back in the bullpen.

Acuna will figure it out. I think he will be cooked by 30 though. 32 at the latest. We need to figure out a way to get one of the big market teams run by retards to give us a kings ransom and sign him to a 500 million dollar contracts as a means to sabotage them. Imagine the Mets paying Acuna and Old Man Soto 120 million a year combined in 5 years to get like 4 WAR total. Maybe Ronald can get one of those Bonilla contracts.
