Well that was the intention but big balls Matheny yanked Adams for that guy who just hit the HR...he will probably be the Cards' next big star.
 
Can we trade Olivera also a Cuban for their Cuban Diaz? I like Diaz and did before that shot. He is SS and I think he can hit a bit too, esp. for a middle infielder. He'd been starting at SS for me if I were the Cardinals manager.
 
That was poor, poor work by Fredi there. Matheny pinch hits with the RHH and there are to RHH coming up next. And he leaves EOF in there. I mean, that's a pretty obvious situation where you pull the LOOGY. Unforced error.
 
Olivera looks stinky every AB since season started, even his two hits look ugly and one should've been an error on CF IMO.
