Shuster optioned back to Gwinnett, Braves brought up LHP Danny Young to replace him.....RHP Seth Elledge designated for assignment to make room on 40 man roster.
 
I thought having an option meant you can be called up and down for the entire year. 3 options is 3 years. Is that still correct?

“Only one Minor League option is used per season, regardless of how many times a player is optioned to and from the Minors over the course of a given season. (Players may only be optioned five times per season; after that, it requires outright assignment waivers to assign the player to the Minor Leagues.)”
 
At this rate we may not even have a delay depending on field conditions. I think everything except the sprinkles and drizzle will be out very soon.
 
Man, I know the Padres have a good lineup but our starters have come totally unprepared the majority of this series.
 
Ozzie saves Charlie from a disaster. On a night where you need Charlie to desperately give or 6 or more innings, it hasn't started well.

We're used to it up here in Minnesota. Was in the 40s yesterday, but high 50s today. At least it was sunny both days. I can remember opening days when they had to clear the snow off the field the night before. Still crappy.
