GDT #45: 5/21/14 Brewers (Lohse 5-1) @ Braves (Santana 4-1), 7:10

So did Glavine just admit he went out there sometimes knowing he was going to suck? Cause the times when he fell apart were crucial situations where he probably should have just said something before the game instead of going out and getting hammered. One particular game 5 comes to mind.

This is a good chance for our offense to see if we can stay focused and slowly get back in the game.

Ryan talked about it too. Basically his idea was that somedays you didn't have a pitch working, and you hoped it wasn't your fastball, and you hoped your other pitches worked. SO if his change was junk, then he'd hope his curve was on top. Otherwise it was gonna be a rough day.

Reds without Votto, Bruce, Ludwick beat the Nats 2-1 to win the series. So we'll at least stay a game and a half up on them should we not comeback. I'd love to see a great comeback win though and build our lead up another game.

You just know this is going to be another douchey Lohse game. Doing just enough to get by and we letting that mediocre turd off the hook.

Hey remember that time we scored a bunch of runs with a 1-2-3 of Jason-Justin-Freddie? Let's break it up. Fredi's derpin never ceases to amaze me.
